Community Gardens
Estelline Community Gardens is located on the end of 5th Ave South. It hosts 25 plots (20'x25') and 6 raised beds (4'X12'). In 2022, the Healthy Hometown Committee planted six fruit trees (Mt Royal Plum, Connell Red Apple, Honeycrisp Apple, Red Regent Apple, Contender Peach, and Cherry Pie Cherry). There is a mature asparagus and a raspberry patch. On the west side sits a picnic shelter. The City of Estelline donates the water and grass maintenance. Volunteers till and divide the plots in the spring and take applications for plot rentals.
